As soon as you arrive, to welcome you to this Burgundy with its exceptional vineyards, Maison Cabotte invites you to taste a grape variety from the region by introducing you to its selection of regional wines.
Charcuterie and/or cheese board: €12/person (to be ordered 48 hours before your arrival)
Wine by the glass: Depending on your choice from €6 per glass
The Beaune region
Throughout your stay and at any time of the day, continue your tasting within the hotel by savouring small and large wines, white or red, accompanied by a platter of charcuterie and/or cheese.
We suggest that you discover some of the Villages and Grands Crus appellations of the Côte de Nuits or the Côte de Beaune, “the Champs-Élysées of Burgundy”, famous for its internationally renowned wines.
And if you wish to continue your tasting journey, we will direct you to the local winegrowers who will be delighted to show you their cellars, their know-how and the full diversity of Burgundy wines.
