Why "Maison Cabotte"?
The name of our hotel is a nod to Burgundian heritage. Indeed, the Cabottes are the old cabins, in dry stone or in masonry stone for the most luxurious, which served as shelters for the winegrowers of the Hautes Côtes de Nuits and Hautes Côtes de Beaune.
As you walk, you will still see these small houses in the vineyards, some of which have been restored according to the rules of the art, which characterize this wine region so well.
